Losing my job due to down-sizing kind of took the wind out of my sails. Lately, though, my eyes are more open (head up and looking around) and I've been making lots more photos. I've really gotten past the navel-gazing where I'm writing the story behind my images so I haven't been posting here- just putting things up on Facebook for my friends. I'm going to give photo-posting a try, with comments when I feel like it.
I visited my friend Chris' guitar-building studio last week. Chris is really cool and makes beautiful instruments that are fun to play.
In the studio.
Nice light and cute bird.
Chris checking his work.
Chris is so unpretentious, I'm sure he hates this image.
A beautiful, old timey jazz guitar. This thing's pretty twangy.
